Services may include video analysis, personalised feedback, training recommendations, and communication via platforms such as WhatsApp, as described at the point of purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to purchase a programme. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Purchases and payment

• All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes where required.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorise us to charge the stated amount.
• Programme access and delivery timelines are as described on the website at the time of purchase (typically 48-72 hours for analysis delivery after required materials are submitted).

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible programmes, as stated on our website. If you are not satisfied with the service received, contact us at support@bestpathway.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. This guarantee does not apply where services have been fully delivered and consumed in bad faith.

Your responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Submit footage and materials you have the right to share.
• Use coaching feedback for personal development purposes only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All website content, branding, and programme materials are owned by Beach Digital or our licensors. Personalised analysis delivered to you is licensed for your private use only. You retain ownership of footage you submit; by submitting it, you grant us a licence to use it solely to deliver your programme.

Disclaimer

Our services provide coaching and analysis for football development. They do not guarantee selection for any team, academy, or professional contract. Results depend on many factors including your effort, ability, and external circumstances. Our coaches’ opinions are professional guidance, not guarantees of performance outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beach Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a programme shall not exceed the amount you paid for that programme.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour. You may contact us to cancel future communications at any time.
